We have extended our 2018 Conference Call for Proposals to Thursday, November 30, 2017!

We will be promoting the following themes for our May 2018 Conference and would invite interactive and engaging workshop proposals that include:

The Child and Youth Care Association of British Columbia, along with the Canadian Council of Child and Youth Care Associations, invites you to join us for the 20th National and 12th Triennial International Child and Youth Care Conference, on the ancestral and unceded territories of the Coast Salish Peoples (Richmond, BC).

This conference will include 3 full convening days and an Educators’ Day filled with empowering opportunities to learn, share, network, and be inspired!

Self Care Toolkit

Experienced CYC Practitioner Maureen Thompson, BA CYC will share some wisdom about how to take care of ourselves so we can take care of others. Recent events in her workplace highlighted the importance of this for herself and colleagues.
