Board positions run on a two-year term annually from April through March 31. They are nominated, elected and confirmed by the CYCABC general membership at the Annual General Meeting.
The Board meets regularly throughout the year, both in-person in the Lower Mainland and virtually.
The Provincial Conference and AGM are held annually in April (details for 2026 to come).
